About Jamie
I'm a Lead Product Designer with 6+ years in B2B SaaS. I take AI products from first idea to production, and I write production code for about half my week, working alongside engineers.
At Do AI I'm the sole designer across multiple AI-native products, all built from scratch. They include Spriggo, a multi-tenant inventory platform that tracks millions of plants and uses AI to turn customer emails into quote line items; Veera, an accessibility audit platform I designed and built end to end; and Homework, where A/B testing lifted conversion from 2% to 12%.
Before that I worked on complex operational systems: an outage communications platform for Aurora Energy that cut support calls by over half, freight logistics for Port Nelson, a national emergency communications system, and marketing automation at Kepla.
